You will need to diagnose the problem and the understand the requirements to resolve it and give them the confidence to head off on their journey with no further interruptions.

You will provide accurate and clear legal advice, managing clients’ expectations, explaining decisions and the steps in the claims process clearly and succinctly; always ensuring the fair treatment of clients Take all reasonable steps to settle claims and recover costs. Record time spent accurately and maintain accurate system records.

You will work closely with clients, advising them on complex legal issues and representing their interests in negotiations and litigation. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through the legal maze of property laws and regulations. What you will be doing

You will handle a mixed caseload of employment claims of varying degrees of complexity.

You will be taking initial instructions, providing clear and accurate legal advice while progressing claims pro-actively and in a timely manner in line with the terms of the client’s legal expenses insurance policy.

You will deliver Counter Fraud benefit by identifying insurance fraud and undertaking investigations to validate or substantiate concerns.

You will demonstrate that all cases follow legislation and risk regulations set internally and by external governing bodies.

You will demonstrate skill in preventing and detecting insurance fraud, with the ability to manage potential outcomes.
