You will be instrumental in identifying potential structural issues, proposing practical field solutions, and collaborating closely with architectural teams and general contractors. You will come from a strong fit-out or interior trades background, ideally joinery or a similar discipline, and enjoy leading from the front on site.
You will be comfortable working in live environments with public interface, coordinating multiple trades to clear programmes, and maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
You will work alongside site-based Project & Contract Managers in implementing best practices and project planning policies, processes, and procedures during the full life cycle of projects from tender through topletion.
You will be responsible for accurately identifying and resourcing requirements for projects including labour, plant, and materials.
You will be confident managing live operational sites with public interface, delivering to programme, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Flexibility to travel across Northern Ireland is required.
You will hold a third-level qualification in Project Management or a construction-related discipline and have a minimum of 5+ years' experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy or client-advisory environment.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.
