You will take on a broad non contentious workload, including: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction documents (JCT, NEC, professional appointments, collateral warranties, bonds and guarantees).

You will ideally have: 4+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) within a recognised law firm, focused on non contentious matters.

You will play a key role in assisting the Equity Partners with PA and administrative tasks, assistant with standard bids, diary management to ensure maximum efficiency with their time management, client meetings, travel arranging, appointment scheduling, preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations.

You will receive industry related as well as recruitment specific training appropriate to your entry level. Duties will include: Identifying and developing existing and new client job opportunities Management of clients and candidates through recruitment process from carrying out initial interview to job offer and placement

You will be responsible primarily for identifying and winning new business opportunities (80%), as well as dealing with existing accounts (20%).

You will have the freedom to manage your own diary as you work from home and travel to meet clients across your patch- 3-4 days per week, to further business relationships.
