You will provide tender support, review, negotiate and finalise a range of contractual documents.
You will work independently and directly with the leadership of the business (within the framework of the legal team).
You will be conversant with different procurement strategies and identifying risk profiles, and structuring projects to mitigate liabilities, risk, exposure, tax, ring‑fencing, etc.
You will be involved in high-value and often high-profile regional and national projects across sectors including energy and infrastructure, health, education, commercial developments and consumer brands.
