You will shape the core technical direction of A1 – model selection, training strategy, infrastructure, and long‑term architecture.
You will have full autonomy to experiment with frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude‑compatible architectures) and build new approaches where existing ones fall short.
You will use your knowledge of Agentic approaches for code generation and software engineering best practices to design and develop these capabilities - leveraging state-of-the-art LLM coding frameworks and endowing them with the tools and guardrails needed to reliably build and test automated workflows.
