You will oversee the day-to-day operations and next-generation engineering aspects of the High Performance Compute (HPC) Platform, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of software, infrastructure, operations, technical processes, risk and compliance, and product management processes.

You will take full ownership of a multi-discipline machine shop operation, managing production engineering, CNC machining, and manufacturing performance.

You will be responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while modernising processes and building a high-performance team culture.

You will support the Shop manager in our Bournemouth Commerical Road retail shop – working with a team of volunteers to maximise profit and achieve a great shopping experience for our customers.
