You will oversee the day-to-day operations and next-generation engineering aspects of the High Performance Compute (HPC) Platform, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of software, infrastructure, operations, technical processes, risk and compliance, and product management processes.

You will support the Shop manager in our Bournemouth Commerical Road retail shop – working with a team of volunteers to maximise profit and achieve a great shopping experience for our customers. We’re such a diverse charity that part of your role will be to champion the PDSA name and raise awareness as well generating item and cash donations from the local community.

You will take full ownership of a multi-discipline machine shop operation, managing production engineering, CNC machining, and manufacturing performance.

You will be responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while modernising processes and building a high-performance team culture.
