You will lead the design and delivery of advanced AI/ML solutions that improve the functionality, scalability, and efficiency of Workday systems.
You will focus on cutting edge innovations, such as predictive analytics for workforce planning, anomaly detection in financial processes, and intelligent automation for Workday applications.
You will work closely with your colleagues in our Group Data Office within Technology & Innovation (T&I), and with senior managers and teams across our businesses to identify, prioritise, plan, and execute on opportunities to derive business value from data.
You will be working as part of a wider team, dedicated to using to extract actionable intelligence from data, to deliver on a client's strategy.
You will liaise with internal and client SMEs to understand the data and technology landscape, propose and design analytics and AI solutions and deliver client outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with experienced data scientists focusing on advanced challenges such as entity resolution at scale and graph modelling with Neo4J to produce graphical representations of potential fraud rings.
You will have opportunities to learn from and contribute alongside expert data scientists, and to coach and mentor emerging talent.
You will: Perform statistical, predictive, and prescriptive analysis across complex datasets. Design and implement scalable, end-to-end data science workflows. Build and deploy ML models that optimise energy use and system performance. Develop production-grade algorithms from R&D and exploratory research.
