You will work closely with, production managers,project managers, operations managers, other skilled carpenters, and operations teams to ensure all projects and live build Installations are delivered and all requirements and needs of the client are met and exceeded.
You will provide comprehensive build and carpentry support on projects and tasks with day to day job requirements such as :-
You will be at the forefront of customer interactions, going above and beyond to provide customers with exceptional service and through understanding what products and services are suited to their needs.
You will work as part of a team, prioritising tasks against changing customer demand and delivering on store objectives.
You will be resolving issues in a timely manner and taking ownership of tasks allocated to you, escalating issues to 2nd and 3rd Line Support.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week.
You will do an 8-hour shift, start time is 7.30am with 45 minutes lunch break.
You will also be required to work an out of hours shift on a 1 week in 3 rota basis.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and maintain professional relationships.
You will need to be able to express yourself both in person and in writing.
You will need to have sound judgement and demonstrate a logical decision-making process when dealing with problems.
You will need to have current UK driving license in this role. Not essential to be successful in the role but you may also have the following qualifications: * Apprenticeship or recognized qualification (NVQ 3, BTEC level 3 or degree in a mechanical engineering environment. Qualified to operate Forklift and Merlot, Cherry Picker and Scissor Lift.
