computer maintenance jobs in Berkshire

You will be required to allocate responsibilities to the team, complete the daily jobs list and preventative maintenance schedules with an eye for detail and a passion for fixing things!

You must meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors and take responsibility for health and safety on property.

You will help keep the site safe, compliant and running smoothly with occasional travel to other locations as required.

You will have the autonomy to plan your maintenance activity, respond to reactive work and drive improvements through preventative maintenance and strong compliance practices.

You will ensure the reliability of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure through proactive maintenance, testing and real-time issue resolution. What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the company's fleet of HGV'/LCV's and company cars. This role would suit someone who is comfortable working on cars, vans and trucks, but training will be provided if you have some of the experience. Hours Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30pm + Saturdays available 8.30-12 noon.

You will support the long- term maintenance, day to day operation as well as event set up.

You will provide knowledge of operation and building infrastructure.

You will report to the P&D Team Leader and work as part of the wider Property Department. Duties and Responsibilities:

You will also play a key role in training and authorising the ever-growing team of engineers ensuring exceptional standards.

You will be the technical reference point for the completion of the necessary permits to ensure compliance with method statements, risk assessments, Supplier Health and Safety procedures.
