You will be assisting with the PPM schedules, reacting to breakdowns and generally keeping the factory in great condition. This is an alternating shift of 6AM to 2PM and 2PM to 10PM, Monday to Friday with overtime paid at 1.5x.

You will be a motivated and adaptable engineer with a strong methodical approach to fault-finding and problem-solving.

You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across four locations, ensuring buildings and systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. While the role is primarily electrical, experience in additional trades such as plumbing or general building maintenance would be an advantage.

You will work with the Engineers/Engineering Manager to develop technical agreements during technical/commercial build stages.

You will maintain the company and technical project bonds and sectional agreement trackers and report on outstanding bonds and overrun costs. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we're also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.
