You will ideally be qualified in hardware, electronics or an electronic systems engineering discipline. Some experience in the defence, avionics, aerospace or naval systems industry would be preferred but is not essential.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities Signal Integrity Analysis: Perform detailed signal integrity analysis using simulation tools to identify and mitigate issues in high-speed digital and analog circuits. Design and Validation: Develop and validate signal integrity models and designs for PCBs, ICs, and interconnects.

You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor to help you throughout your training.

You will gain practical experience by using practice labs which enable you to practice and master what you have learned.

You will be part of a team maintaining and repairing our fleet of 65 buses in Hastings, part of the near 400 we operate across Kent and Sussex. Vehicles range from bus to coach and include Dennis, Scania, Volvo and Optare.

You will be given exposure to work which will develop your skills and experience to allow you to progress your career further.

You will ensure that assembly teams meet production goals, quality standards and safety requirements.

You will work closely with the Manufacturing Manager and other department leads to maintain a smooth production flow and drive continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for delivery of the Engineering Scope of work on one or more of our portfolio of avionic development projects.

You will be responsible for meeting project requirements within cost and schedule constraints through detailed planning and monitoring the execution of the programme.
