You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and maintaining system performance for the NHS Electronic Staff Record (ESR) — a key HR and payroll system supporting NHS Trusts across England and Wales. The role focuses on ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability while adhering to defined service levels.
You will see all programmed works on-site through to completion, meeting set KPI's and SLA's.
