You will work closely with colleagues from multiple professions to ensure that the voice of the child is always heard.
You will be fully qualified (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent), with significant post qualification social work experience and a recognised social work qualification, plus evidence of CPD and HCPC registration.
You should bring prior experience in Children’s Services, preferably in Kinship or Fostering, along with expertise in conducting complex assessments for Court/Foster Panel, and a strong background in safeguarding.
You must understand regulatory requirements in relation to Kinship care.

You will handle a range of specialist agricultural and high net worth losses within either the South West or Midlands depending upon your current location.
You will be part of a national unit and given autonomy to develop your role, knowledge and skills within the agricultural area.
