You will be able to manage risks and vulnerabilities whilst promoting social inclusion and maximising the opportunities for the people you support.
You will receive full induction training and continued professional development - Excellent support from experienced management and the wider clinical leadership team
You will work proactively under pressure to ensure all aspects of the individual’s needs are considered and incorporated into the discharge process.
You will support customers, carers, and families, sometimes outside of normal working hours.
You must be registered with the relevant professional registration body and maintain that registration.
You will be working with a team of rehabilitation support workers alongside a multi-disciplinary team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and speech and language therapists.
You will follow individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each person.
You must be able to: Challenge unacceptable behaviour, provide firm boundaries and provide care which meets the needs of the individual Work as part of a team Follow delegated tasks and handovers Maintain policies and procedures Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Engage and listen
