Complex Care Support Worker needed for various shifts, including nights and weekends. Hourly pay is offered.
You will help support the students with different forms of learning, including cooking, swimming, sensory play and physical activities.
You will also help with personal care and mobility support, and also provide emotional support to all the students. The school are looking for a bubbly and vibrant Teaching Assistant, with a passion for special educational needs.
You will provide essential support to children with a range of additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum, build confidence, and thrive in school. What You'll Do:Support pupils with SEN, ASD, PMLD, and complex needs in classroom and 1:1 settings. Implement learning activities and support the teacher in delivering lessons.
You will deliver and oversee care, support residents' wellbeing, and mentor junior staff. Opportunities are available across both day and night shifts, offering flexibility for experienced candidates. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide and oversee high-quality personal care and support.
You will run cases with a high degree of autonomy, supported by comprehensive initial training and ongoing strategic input from senior lawyers.
You will be expected to build upon your initial professional development, augmenting your knowledge with new learning to deliver electrical designs on projects. As part of your ongoing development, youll also participate in site monitoring, client and design team meetings, and the initial training and support of graduate engineers.
You will work closely with both the Customer Care and Underwriting teams, with particular focus on complex validations that require a high level of accuracy and judgement. Excited to make an impact?
You will provide advanced clinical assessment and intervention, contribute to service development, and act as a resource for multidisciplinary teams. Experience in videofluoroscopy and Fibreoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallow (FEES) is highly desirable.
