You will be home-based and will operate throughout either the East or West Midlands, depending upon your current location, but there is a regional office in Birmingham to provide both a base and unrivalled level of both technical and administrative support.
You should be a qualified social workers who want to focus on court work with current Social Work England Registration (formerly known as HCPC).
You will need to be experienced at court work and will be confident and capable enough to attend court on your own if necessary. Previous experience of handling complex cases
