You will partner with colleagues across HR, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors to support renewals, analyze benefits data, and improve processes.

You will lead cross-functional projects (primarily Workday Time-Off) aimed at enhancing service delivery, efficiency, and employee experience across BCG. Your work will span process optimization, system enhancement, and change management - all while collaborating with a global network of HR professionals.
