You must have at least a couple of years’ experience in a management role in a kitchen in order to help steer and develop the team here. Financial acumen would be a benefit as part of this role. Knowledge of craft beer for this role would be desirable, but a willingness to learn if you don’t is essential.
You must be comfortable working with our machines; La Marzocco Linea PB machines and Nuova Simonelli Mythos One grinders. Most importantly, you must be able to deliver great-tasting coffee in a friendly, engaging and customer-focused manner. We have an awesome cocktail menu full of our twist on classics, so experience in cocktails as well as coffee is admirable.
