You will deliver high quality support/care to the residents and fulfil their potential for independence, choice, inclusion, and control on a daily basis in accordance with CQC regulations and standards.
You will act as a number two to the Finance Director and play a key role in supporting the business with accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis and strategic decision-making whilst leading a small team.
You will also be covering other sites within the Worcestershire area, so you must be a driver with access to a car.
You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group.
You will lead a small team and work closely with staff across the organisation to deliver an efficient, customer-focused service to students and colleagues. Key ResponsibilitiesManage all exam registrations and entries in line with requirements and deadlines. Organise and coordinate all exam arrangements (paper-based and online), including secure handling of exam papers and returning scripts.
You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
You will be an electrically biased engineer with experience of working in a manufacturing / factory environment, with a minimum level 3 qualification in an Electrical Engineering discipline. Safety is our biggest priority, so you’ll be committed to safe working and have strong experience of health and safety best practice.
