You will be a dedicated and approachable individual with strong communication skills, an understanding of safeguarding frameworks, and experience working with victims of domestic abuse. Direct Work with clients - To contact clients using sensitive listening and questioning skills in order to allow clients to explain their situation and empower them to set their own priorities.

You will be joining our Elmbridge Team, a warm friendly and welcoming group, to provide a high-quality service to our clients in Walton on Thames, Molesey, Hersham, Thames Ditton, Hinchley Wood and Cobham. We currently support 65 clients with a range of needs. Our clients include individuals who are homeless, some with mental health issues, those in recovery from substance misuse, and young people.

You will work closely with care staff, teachers, and therapists to provide consistent, child-centred overnight care that supports each child's wellbeing, development, and individual needs. Key Responsibilities
