You will be working as part of a team supporting four young women with complex needs who live in individual bungalows. These ladies lead active and engaging lives and are valued members of their community. Your role will be vital in helping them maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals in a person-centred way.
You will work mostly early or late shifts (for example, 9am‑1pm, 9am‑2pm, 5pm‑9pm, 5pm‑10pm). Occasionally, there will be shifts with early starts (7am) or late finishes (up to 11pm).
You will work with different individuals, each with their own needs and preferences, adapting your support accordingly.
You will join a team where you will work together providing support which is adapted and approached in a person centred way. As a Support Worker you will play a key part in providing opportunities and supporting individual goals and needs.
