Your role will be vital in helping them maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals in a person-centred way.

You will work mostly early or late shifts (for example, 9am‑1pm, 9am‑2pm, 5pm‑9pm, 5pm‑10pm). Occasionally, there will be shifts with early starts (7am) or late finishes (up to 11pm).

You will work with different individuals, each with their own needs and preferences, adapting your support accordingly.
