You will be integral to the support planning process, regularly reviewing and adapting care plans in collaboration with individuals, their families, and the wider Sense Scotland team.

You will have significant experience working directly with individuals who have complex care and communication needs.

You will hold SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards it, and have basic IT skills to support accurate record keeping. Flexibility is important, as shifts include evenings, weekends and occasional holidays away.
