You will be working with young people aged 11 to 18 who have been placed into the care system for numerous reasons with an array of disorders, behaviours and needs and therefore require individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these young people and make a positive impact on their lives.
You will carry out tests, label checks, and weight checks at set intervals, ensuring traceability is maintained throughout.
You will ensure that any issues, non-conformances or failures are accurately recorded and communicated to the Senior QA and Product Quality Manager.
You will be the go-to person, providing guidance, training, and making sure tasks are completed to a high standard.
You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude.
You must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.
You will negotiate terms, determine stock levels and develop comprehensive marketing plans that cover all franchises and product groups.
