You will also assist the Extra Care Manager and Registered Manager in ensuring an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and works with the service user's families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere.

You will be required to work in a flexible manner, on a rota basis, which will include evenings and weekends.

You will help ensure: Accurate and timely documentation of system updates and issues. Improved user experience through efficient troubleshooting and clear communication.
