Community Support Coordinator jobs in Cannock

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process, from initial inquiry through to bid submission and order, while providing exceptional support to both clients and the Head of Sales, executing plans to improve the way we deal with our customers and supporting us in improving the way in which we work.

You will assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing plans with service users and their families, working positively and proactively with multi-agency professionals.

You will adhere to Creative Support’s principles of opportunity, choice, and well-being, aiming for positive outcomes for those we support.

You will work rewarding long day shifts including early starts, late evenings, weekends and sleep in's fairly planned within the rotas.

You will need to have the Right to Work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

You will also: Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
