Community Services Manager jobs in Ringwood

You will be required to travel across the New Forest district and to various locations across the country therefore the mobility to travel is essential. In the event that a high volume of suitable applications are received, the post may close prior to the specified closing date.

You will be confident in presenting and reporting to senior stakeholders, and taking the lead to ensure deadlines are met.

You will be educated to GCSE level including Maths and English, with excellent written and spoken English in order to communicate effectively at all levels, managing expectations at every touchpoint, including Board level.

You will be at the forefront of service development and committed to improving care for patients with cancer and complex health/social needs in the community setting.

You will also be a non-medical prescriber (having studied at master's level or willing to undertake qualification) to help manage patients' symptoms/treatment side effects and in the prevention of deterioration/admission.

You will report directly to the Operations Director, but you will have autonomy with your own teams and projects. Contract values range between £1M - £5M. This role does require travelling to your sites and clients. Projects are mainly within the south of the country, however some are further up north.
