You will be part of an expanding team based in Lancing and the role will predominantly be one of telephone triage, liaison and coordination of existing and new patients registered to the ECHO service. The service covers seven days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
You will be responsible for making deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and being a friendly face in the community. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a valid UK manual driving licence, and is ready to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
