You will work as part of the Delivery Team to support rural and coastal communities to develop, thrive and respond to local challenges.

You will be primarily community-based within your locality, with some work across the wider county.

You will need to be flexible, as some evening and weekend work will be required.

You will help tell the company story in a way that resonates with customers, partners, and internal teams, supporting business growth and brand recognition.

You will provide pre-handover inspections on our open market sales plots, to ensure functionality and finesse is achieved in terms of quality of delivery.

You will support the sales and site teams in managing customer satisfaction after new home move in, record and manage the progress of customer snagging from Courtesy Visit review.

You will support the HR Manager in the delivery of efficient and effective HR support and an advisory service to the business by providing first line contact on all people related issues consistent with internal processes and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: With a people centric, solution driven approach provide first line generalist HR Advice to colleagues.

You will be working in a team that is dedicated to finding homes for children and young people in care across Devon.

You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to build positive working relationships and effectively challenge when needed.
