You will provide technical expertise and experience, working as a team to deliver a first-class service to our customers.

You will be experienced working in Utility Networks.

You will be able to engineer solutions on site and focus your teams on completing work right first time.

You will also have direct contact with clients and their families, carrying out initial assessments, introducing them to our services, and completing regular reviews. Youll be the go-to person for questions, feedback, and safeguarding concerns, making sure our service users always feel safe, listened to, and supported.

You will be working 37 hours per week, 40 weeks of the year (term time plus 1 week in the summer holidays to be spread over 2 weeks of working half days).

You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, performance management and technical development within the team. Collaboration within the organisation and specifically with the other Value Stream Team Leaders to drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people initiatives is essential.

You will support and supervise structures and maintenance works from design through to on-site construction, playing a key role in planning, safety, stakeholder liaison, and commercial control. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and Gloucestershire County Council, you will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
