You will build strong working relationships with all departments to embed safety and quality into daily operations and promote and drive a proactive HSEQ culture through visible leadership, communication, and engagement.

You will have 1 direct and 1 indirect report on site and report into a HSEQ Director.

You will be working closely with the Board to support the delivery of theirbusiness plans and to provide an efficient and effective health and safety service ensuring statutory compliance. Keep up-to-date with new health and safety developments, innovations and legislation and advise the Directors of changes required to support H&S strategy.

You will be the first responder, trained to a high level, to ensure you can deliver the best possible outcomes to our clients.

You will be dealing with various clients, ranging from those who just had surgery, to broken bones and recovering from an illness, by helping them set and reach their recovery goals.
