You will be expected to maintain expert professional practice through continuing education.
You will support the Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist to ensure expert care delivery to this patient group. It is essential you have good organisational and communication skills.
You will have active NMC registration at band 5 or above.
You must be able to demonstrate your ability to engage and support the clinical team in programmes of care to enhance the patient journey and patient experience contributing towards delivery of positive outcomes using the Excellence in Care framework.
You will be responsible to the Senior Charge Nurse and be expected to work on your own merit in addition to leading the team.
