You will be part of an expanding team based in Lancing and the role will predominantly be one of telephone triage, liaison and coordination of existing and new patients registered to the ECHO service. The service covers seven days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

You will encounter a range of situations from dealing with anti-social behaviour, taking statements from victims of crimes, providing reassurance and helping resolve community challenges.

You will possess good verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to organise and present information clearly, concisely, and accurately in ways that promote understanding, both verbally and in writing.

You will need to work in a time limited, resilient, adaptable and organised way.
