You will be involved in managing a motivated staff team, organising events and activities, helping customers, making plans for the centre and contributing to genuinely improving peoples’ lives through leisure.
You will have relevant previous site experience gained building Residential Apartments and New Homes.
You will also be a qualified First Aider at Work and may have progressed from a trade background.
You will hold a CSCS Card and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
You will work closely with new builds projects team, as well as other support services to introduce the home into the wider community and welcome each of our new residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to set the foundations of an outstanding care home and successfully drive it through its first inspection.
You will extend our established CQC quality framework into new areas such as HR, the farm and other central functions, agreeing clear standards with leaders and undertaking sample testing and thematic audits (for example, right-to-work checks, training compliance and record-keeping).
