You will provide guidance, encouragement, and support for fundraising activities, whilst increasing awareness of the Charity and inspiring people to get involved. This role will offer hybrid working, with the hours worked daily across the week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, so some flexibility over working hours is key.

You will provide high-quality care to adults with dementia and related cognitive conditions, supporting assessment, care planning, risk management, and multi-disciplinary collaboration. The role involves community-based work, so confidence working independently and managing a caseload is essential.

You will have excellent communication and negotiations skills, strong planning and problem solving ability, initiative and a positive approach.

You will ideally have a proven track record of successful project delivery with a recognised Main Contractor in a Design Coordination / Design Management role.
