You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful training, support operational change, and drive continuous improvement. What we're looking for:Experience delivering operational, technical or role-specific training. Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.

You will take ownership of communication documentation, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our client's branding and adheres to established guidelines.

You will play a key role in supporting the Finance Directorate, driving behavioural change through effective communication and ensuring key messages reach colleagues, customers, and suppliers in a clear and compelling way. Key Responsibilities Internal Communications Management

You will support patients throughout their treatment journey, from therapy initiation and assessment through to ongoing management and completion of treatment.

You will manage your own community caseload, plan and undertake patient visits, maintain accurate clinical records, and contribute to service quality through audit, governance and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with the Agency Head and wider senior leadership team to shape business strategy, commercial performance, resource planning, talent development and succession planning.

You will also act as a senior figurehead with key clients, helping to build long-term partnerships, identify opportunities for growth and represent the agency at the highest level.
