You will lead the production and maintenance of the site cost appraisals in order to facilitate effective budgeting and cost management throughout the whole development cycle, including the maintenance of the regional Build Cost Library.

You will manage the cost management of Company developments, ensuring the Company achieves value for money and provide regular updates on the commercial and financial performance of each site. Skills & knowledge you'll bring: General construction or surveying degree Approximately 3 years+ relevant work experience

You will work closely with other team members and departments to guide these applications through to planning approval and successful on-site implementation.

You will contribute to the design and delivery of residential projects of varying scales, producing high-quality scheme layouts, masterplans, and architectural designs.
