You will work closely with service users and the multidisciplinary team to co-produce and facilitate a programme of meaningful activities tailored to individual interests and recovery goals. Your responsibilities will include:

You will work closely with the Wellbeing Manager, supporting organisation-wide wellbeing initiatives, projects, and frameworks. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of occupational health and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation Coordinate wellbeing projects in partnership with HR, Safety, and Communications teams

You will oversee civil activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with National Grid standards. This position is ideal for a proven supervisor with strong civil engineering knowledge and a background in utilities, power, or infrastructure projects.

You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. The ideal candidate will most likely live within the region or be able to demonstrate they have a strong knowledge of the local communities.

You will work in an Asset-based approach to enhance people's health and wellbeing, and promote their resilience and independence.
