You will make sure the program logistics – from online meeting links to bedrooms – are organized and ready and own the communication with participants to provide all relevant information – from welcome pack to final certificate – throughout the program. Your ability to be well organized and work closely with multiple Project Managers to work on different clients is key.
You will have the opportunity to promote and lead on a number of key activities and initiatives and will have responsibility for a number of key functions within the department, including: - Supporting the development of messaging and materials for news media, social media and other digital channels including writing, editing, management of channels and the use of internal approval systems
