You will also be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the organisation’s website and intranet, ensuring all content is accurate, current, and accessible.

You will act as a first point of contact for communications enquiries and provide administrative support to the team, including mailbox, filing, and data management.

You will have the autonomy to design, build, and lead a new function that is central to our future growth, ensuring the benefits of the AI revolution are accessible, practical, and widespread.

You must be a natural self-starter, with the vision and drive to build a new business function from the ground up.

You should have working experience with cloud bookkeeping software such as Xero, Sage Business Cloud, QuickBooks Online, and related apps, including setting up and onboarding clients to a cloud bookkeeping system.

You must be able to work within a busy office environment across the client base and have previous experience working in public practice.
