You must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

You will be providing support to our residents ensuring that Belongs high standards of care and values are upheld in everything we do. Encouraging independence to customers with everyday living skills, whilst retaining a duty of care for their wellbeing

You will need to be friendly and enthusiastic, prepared to experiment and find different ways of doing things and always be professional.

You will provide them with a furnished bedroom to allow the person to have their own private space.

You will be expected to encourage the individual to be part of the family and share everyday life experiences. All full-time placements are facilitated via a phased approach at a pace you are both comfortable with.

You will move into the client’s home and support them with personal care (including washing, dressing and toileting), moving and handling, domestic tasks and social activities. No experience required as full specialist training is provided.

You must commit to working regularly each month to enable continuity of care for our clients

You will receive comprehensive support from your own allocated social worker, with fortnightly contact and also access to a multi-agency service including social workers, therapeutic social workers, support workers and virtual school.
