You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.
You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.
You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Have a minimum of 6 months experience in careBe a driver with access to a car and hold a full UK licenseFlexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings. A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
