You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred emergency care, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, and support patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions.
You will be responsible for rapid assessment, ongoing monitoring, and delivery of evidence-based nursing interventions in line with clinical guidelines and hospital policies.
You will coordinate the allocation of safeguarding referrals and monitor their progress.
You will also request funding for packages of care via the resource allocation group through weekly presentations and negotiations.
You will contribute to team duty rotas to provide prompt and emergency support as required.
