Community Associate jobs in Hackney

You will carry out comprehensive OT assessments for adults with permanent, complex, or substantial disabilities, ensuring interventions promote independence and prevent escalation to ongoing services wherever possible.

You will work as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary neighbourhood team, supporting Hackney's strength-based and preventative approach to adult social care.

You will work within the standardsprovidedin theOFGSpeech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.

You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support ofyour designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation asrequired?

You will be responsible for supervising the procurement, preparation, dispensation & distribution of medicines to patients while providing standard of care through the medical management service.

You will be ensuring the pharmacy department operates in a timely and consistent manner whilst overseeing the general running of the service, providing clinical input where necessary.

You will also be responsible for the following:Pre-operative testing; conducting tests prior to examination and treatment and assisting during the consent appointment process, including providing information to patients prior to their IOL or LVC procedure.
