You will provide immediate and ongoing emotional support, helping colleagues manage the demands of their roles and ultimately improving the quality of support delivered to young learners preparing for release. Key Responsibilities Support & Reflective Practice - Deliver immediate and follow-up debrief sessions after incidents or disclosures.

You will join an experienced and highly motivated team in Hounslow. Pay rate ranging between £50.00 - £60.00 P/H per hour depending on experience. The SLT we seek will have previously worked as a post-graduate therapist with paediatrics. They will be encouraging, supportive, and understanding of the varied patient needs they may encounter.

You will offer a high-quality service to children age 3-5 and their families / carers, alongside working effectively with your colleagues and liaising with other professionals in the network. Infant Mental Health training will enable you to deliver, under intensive supervision, high quality, focused evidence-based individual and group interventions for children age 3-5 and their parents or carers.
