You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers This is a purpose built care home designed for older people requiring general or dementia residential and nursing care To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care**

You will be qualified in a technical bias, this might be Mechanical, Electrical or Building and Civil Engineering, or have gained appropriate knowledge through a time served role. Knowledge of the building services and statutory regulations to include SFG20 standards, CDM, legionella and asbestos.

You will supervise and manage the team , conducting monthly 1:1 meetings and annual performance reviews(RenderBox> , providing guidance, coaching, and recruitment support .

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring regular service reviews for each adult , working in partnership with families, carers, and professionals to provide holistic support.
