You will help drive the future electrical systems for projects at this manufacturing site.

You will work closely with the Site Electrical Standards and Governance Manager.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that all electrical engineering aspects align with safety and quality standards.

You will be based out of our Raynesway facility in Derby where you'll be involved in the collation, analysis and integration of exciting submarine projects and business management.

You will either join one of our project teams or work in our central function Project Management Office (PMO).

You will act as the key point of contact on the ground, managing the site team, sub-contractors and liaising with the client, main contractor and local stakeholders. This is a hands-on, site-focused role requiring strong leadership, technical understanding of civil engineering works and excellent planning and coordination ability.

You will receive a comprehensive induction, training, and awareness sessions to support your effectiveness in the role - A commitment to provide the time (circa 20 days per annum) and energy required is essential.

You will collaborate across teams and engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, align on objectives, and drive successful outcomes. The position is highly hands-on and requires strong organisation, clear communication, and effective coordination.
