You will play a pivotal role as a senior leader within the stakeholder engagement, consultation, and communications team, with a primary focus on communications.

You will conduct both simulation and experimental research into quantum key distribution (QKD), explore the dual-use capabilities of 2D SPAD (Single-Photon Avalanche Diode) arrays, and develop novel multiplexing techniques for high-throughput secure links

You must be a driver with access to your own car for work. - Proven experience in managing high-quality Home Care and Support services. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a service effectively. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
