You will perform monthly balance‐sheet reconciliations, including detailed account analysis and submission through Blackline, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.

You will support month‐end close activities by preparing and posting financial journals, assisting with accruals and pre‐payments, and completing ERP administrative tasks in line with GAAP requirements.

You will be also tasked to promote PROMAN services amongst new / potential clients. This may be done through telephone calls, social media, e-mail, and key sell. Managing the out of hours on call line to assist our clients and candidates with any absence reporting or additional requirements.

You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience: * Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes * (e.g., welding, assembly, presswork).

You will: * Lead contract administration and management from award through to project close-out. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our quality and safety standards.
