You will be a core member of the Canterbury Locality District Nursing team based at Whitstable and Tankerton Hospital where you will be delivering care, both clinical and non-clinical to patients/clients. As a member of the Canterbury Locality you may be required to work within Faversham, Whitstable, Herne Bay and Canterbury.
You will build key relationships within the home and externally.
