You will be responsible for a varied real estate caseload including leases, development matters, option agreements, overage and promotion agreements to name but a few matters.
You will be handling your own caseload and also be expected to play an active role in assisting to grow and develop the team further.
You will also assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm.
You will play a key role in driving the commercial property department forward and using the firm’s client relationships as a solid foundation, you will build upon the existing caseload and develop new business.
You will ideally be a Partner and will have developed a depth of knowledge in all areas including ideally development and investment, regeneration work and general commercial property matters.
You will have developed a strong network of contacts (that will be only too pleased to instruct you on future matters) and will be a strong and motivational leader.
